i have dirty blonde/light brown hair im 4'11" and im not skinny but not fat and about 102 pounds. i love bright colors but nothing extrem. it will be really really hott so it cant have sleeves. i dont want anything slutty either. please give me links of good dresses for it. im in desprate need!

Too bad slip dresses hit the road so long ago. The little spaghetti strap cotton dresses with the fitted T-shirts underneath? That's what we ALL wore to my 8th grade graduation in...1995...
Yikes. Maybe they'll come back. Try Maurice's, Deb, or another store that caters to juniors. Look for a short, fitted dress with straps or cap sleeves.
