if you want to do it yourself, just put it in rollers so you';ll have a tighter curl than what you already have going with your waves. If you want to spend money, get an updo. When I was in high school all the girls got updos for all the dances.

Well, I'd put the top of my hair up and the rest down and curl it all up with curlers to make it just wavy. Not too formal but not casual! And you could use a pretty hair tye to match whatever you're wearing! Hope this helped ;)
