Where can I get a semi-formal "gown" plus shoes and jewlery on a budget?

I am larger than most girls but short, my feet are short and wide and I cannot wear large heals, I don't like anything too fancy, my hair is short and dark blonde to light brunett, my eyes are green and kinda look Asian though I'm not. I need a place that has "gowns" that come at least down to my knees and can cover the backs of my thighs and calves because I am overweight. If at all possible could you recomend a place with a camoflauge dress-it is my favorite pattern.

I don't believe I've seen a camoflauge semi-formal "gown" however if you're on a budget be sure and check your local Goodwill and other "second hand" stores. People often donate very nice clothing that they can no longer wear, sometimes still with tags on it...also check consignment shops.

For shoes and jewerly, walmart or target may work. Payless also often has cute shoes, and most dept stores have jewerly.

camoflauge on a dress will not look very good. mostly because patterns make you look larger. you might want a form fitting waist. you can always wear flats with a dress. and try to only wear 1-2 colors because to manny colors will not do anything for your figure.
