ok for a clothing pick go with a skirt and or a mini-skirt that is semi-formal and cute too any shirt would look good with a skirt since your hair is curly i would straighten it and put it in a bun pony-tail or leave it down after straightening it. make-up- go lightly maybe some lip gloss blush and a light blue or green eyeshadow it would bring out the color of your eyes nails- a regular color maybe a blue or a purple red would be cute shoes- any type would be cute just wear winter ones like some cute furry boots jewelry-a choker, necklace,2 or 3 bracelets and maybe an anklet to go with it have fun at your dance hang out with your friends and dance!!! good luck.

all of your ideas were good except one . Black nails are tacky. Get your nails professionally done .acrylic are soooo pretty.Let your hair down Wear clear really spiked heels. You can because you are short. Wear very thin eye liner and lots of mascara , plenty of shiny lip gloss with color. Costume jewelry that looks very expensive and you are ready to go.
