hey i need a dress for semi fromal im in 8th grade and i have dark dark brown hair and kind of pail skin. i want something cute that has a nice color but not TOO bright , and about knee length? something fun (: idk where to look that wouldnt be soo expensive

I LOVE Dillard's dresses they are sooo soo cute! I was just there the other day and they were having some major sales on all Juniors dresses so I would definitely check them out..I wanted to buy some but I have nowhere to wear them!
